What
do I bring for my dog for the day?
To keep your dog from an upset tummy, you may want to provide his/her
current diet from home. We will stick to whatever your pet's feeding
schedule is at home. If that requires a meal during the day, please
put the food in a zip-lock bag or a sealed container marked with your
pet's name on it, along with any special feeding instructions. Dogs
will have access to fresh water throughout the day. No need to bring
toys, we have a large assortment of appropriate toys.
What
about Lunches and Nap Time?
The Chow Line serves lunches between 11:30am and 1:00pm for dogs with
special lunchtime meal requirements. This is also the time all dogs
have quiet time between their afternoon play sessions.
End
of Day Pick-Up
Thanks Mom and Dad! Your dog appreciates being picked up on time!
By the end of the day, we're all pooped! If we haven't heard from you
by 7:30pm, we will feed, walk, hug and tuck your dog in for the night.
Additional overnight charges will apply. Thank You For Understanding!
Petiquette
... Dog Meet Dog - in our Lobby
When arriving, please have your pet on leash or in an appropriate carrier.
Please no choke or prong collars. Retractable leashes should be locked
in place, no longer than six feet. Pets ARE NOT ALLOWED TO RUN OFF LEASH
IN THE PARKING LOT. This is for you and your pet's own safety.

Baths
Please make your bath reservation at the same time you make your day
camp reservation. On bath days, please inform our staff what time you
plan to pick up your dog so that we can make sure your pup is dry enough
to go home. In the event a pet arrives with fleas and/or ticks, the
dog will be bathed at owner's expense of $25.00. We recommend that you
keep your pet on a monthly flea and tick control program to avoid unwanted
parasites.
Alternate
Pick-up Person
Please inform us if an alternate pick-up person is coming for your pet
each time. We will not release a pet without owner's permission being
arranged ahead of time.
Cancellations,
Change of Reservation, No Shows
If you make a daycare reservation for your pet and do not call and cancel
by 8:30am on the day your pet is scheduled, you will be charged a late
cancellation fee of $10 before your dog maybe admitted back into day camp.
Do
You Have Separate Areas for Large and Small Dogs?
Yes, our 3,000 sq. ft. indoor climate controlled facility is set up
to accommodate size appropriate play groups. We have our Party Animal
area for larger, more agile dogs, our smaller dog area accommodates
little dogs, we even have special areas for older dogs and couch potatoes.
Our focus is on small playgroups allowing staff to give each dog more
attention and provide a variety of stimulating activities.
